South Australia remains isolated from the national energy grid after repairs to a transmission tower were delayed. 

A transmission tower near the interconnector between SA and Victoria was damaged during a severe storm last weekend. 

Bad weather delayed planned repairs in recent day, but authorities say the works should be finished this week.
