Essential skills must be demonstrated under each role on resume:

• Recent direct industry experience within Water or Energy / Utility as a senior Program Manager;
• Exceptional stakeholder management experience at all levels of stakeholder engagements;
• Demonstrated career progression from senior project management to program management as well as longevity of engagement in previous positions;
• Recent delivery of multiple complex program streams managing large numbers of business units, stakeholders and vendors;
• Familiarity with Asset Management systems and/or Geographic Information Systems / Spatial Systems delivery;
• Detailed corporate strategy, program delivery and change management experience;
• End to end technical business case writing, scoping and presentation of business case and prototypes to senior management;
• Detailed delivery across end to end simultaneous project / PMO governance and project delivery experience;
• Demonstrated experience in delivering projects within a Hybrid (Agile and Waterfall) environment;
• Demonstrated stakeholder and vendor management within a complex and large multi-business units environment;
• Experience / practioner with ideally Prince 2 or PMP;

Please note, this is a senior program management position with focus on complex delivery within an Asset Heavy environment.

You will be joining a large utility provider within water management. This is a strategic senior program management position with a great inclination towards utility industry delivering large and complex programs.
  
You have extensive program management experience across organisational wide change in a large, complex organisation including driving corporate strategy definition and execution and business model / operating model changes.
  
You also have great experience within utility and in particular across delivery of digital / GIS / Spatial systems, Internet of Things, Microsoft Azure digital transformation to name a few.
  
Very strong communications and great interpersonal skills are also essential to the success of this position.
