About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity available to join our People and Performance team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. Our People & Performance team is integral to providing the best experience possible for people joining our business and our existing employees. As a People and Performance Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for various HR administration tasks that support the broader People and Performance team, and have the opportunity to build on your HR experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing onboarding documents and contracts for new starters
- Preparing and coordinating employment correspondence throughout the employee life cycle, striving to provide the best experience possible
- Continuously maintaining employee data and information within our HRIS
- Creating and delivering regular and ad hoc reports to provide business information
- Providing administrative support and coordination on confidential projects and cases
- Identifying areas of improvement throughout all processes and improving the management of data within people and performance systems
- Liaising with different departments to ensure a smooth onboarding for new starters
- Support the business's cultural streams and initiatives including diversity and inclusion, safety, people engagement, and mental health programs
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- 2+ years in administration, preferably in Human Resources
- An ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
- An eye for detail, with strong administrative and data input skills
- A strong customer focus and the desire to provide a great experience to both internal and external stakeholders
- An ability to identify risks, generating solutions and strategies to mitigate
- A positive attitude, a high level of energy and willingness to learn
