About the role
As an Enterprise Compliance Officer at Alinta Energy, you will play a key role in elevating and implementing our Enterprise Compliance Management Framework (ECMF) and advancing adherence to ISO 37301 standards. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure alignment with Alinta Energy's compliance objectives, embedding a culture of compliance and ethical governance across the organisation.

What you’ll do
- Manage the Enterprise Compliance repository, maintain compliance resources, and provide expert guidance across the business
- Prepare quarterly compliance reports, assist in monitoring activities, and ensure accuracy through collaboration
- Participate in business improvement projects and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and compliance effectiveness
- Oversee the accurate migration of all documented obligations into the GRC System
Your experience
- Experience in a compliance or similar role with a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, gained within a highly regulated environment is essential
- A natural ability to use self-initiative
- Ability to build trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including Senior Managers
- Strong analytical and risk analysis capabilities to support decision-making
- Solid project management experience in overseeing and delivering compliance initiatives.
This role is best suited to a proactive individual who has experience working within a complex and deadline driven environment.
